When alerts occur depends on the printer model and the type of agreement you have. When the agreement was established, you should have received information about the alert level on your printer with a service agreement. Contact your agreement manager to find out what applies.

Error Reporting

- A picture of the transport damage
- Pictures of the inner and outer packaging
- Comment on whether the damage was noted by the driver upon delivery
If you suspect that the toner is out of stock, you can check the toner levels via the printer's display. If it turns out that the toner is out of stock, check if you have received a new toner that is stored in a storage room or other storage location, for example. The box of the delivery usually states which specific printer the toner belongs to. The printer has a unique serial number that identifies it. Agreements and Account
It is important that you contact us so that we can help you with the move. This is to ensure that warranties and insurances are valid.
