Does Atea offer insurance for hardware?

Atea offers an all-risk insurance for hardware that is for school environments or leased; school insurance or lease insurance.

What does lease insurance mean?

Lease insurance is divided into three categories; stationary equipment, portable equipment, and mobile phones. For all categories, there are premiums based on an all-risk insurance with or without a deductible. It is possible to add extended warranty.

What does school insurance mean?

School insurance is divided into two categories; school and student.

For school insurance "school," the equipment must be stored at the school and cannot be taken home by the teacher or student.

For school insurance "student," the equipment can be taken home by the teacher or student.

For all categories, there are premiums based on an insurance with or without a deductible. It is also possible to add an extended warranty.

What does the insurance cover?

The insurance covers physical damage to or loss of the insured object due to a sudden and unforeseen external event, which causes the insured object to decrease in value or be completely lost. You can register your insurance claim related to school insurance in My Atea. If you do not have an account in My Atea, you can apply for one here: Become a customer on Atea eShop.
