Delivery
You can see the status of your delivery in My Atea. If you do not get an answer to your question, you can contact customer service via chat or kundtjanst@atea.se and we will help you. Please provide the following information so that we can handle your request quickly and securely:
- Order number
It may be because a tracking number has been created but the order has not yet been shipped. You can see the status of your delivery in My Atea. Ensure that the order is in "Shipped" status and try again.

The date shown on your order confirmation or in My Atea is the date the order is expected to be delivered to you. If it is marked as unconfirmed, we do not yet have a date to show. As soon as it is confirmed, it will be updated with a new delivery date.
